I'm pretty tough when it comes to writing reviews because I expect a lot and I'm sure Kathie can agree. I had worked in the past with several realtors and I was never even close to being impressed. I never like any realtor had my interest in mind, or that they didn't care enough to ask the right questions to find out which homes would work best with my family. Kathie was incredible. She was very impressive. She found houses for us and would call us to set up appointments to see homes which no other realtor had done. Every other realtor would tell us to let them know when we found a house which always added to the stress. I always thought she was acting in my best interest, she was very helpful to me in terms of explaining how thing work since this was my first home. She was prompt in answering calls or returning messages. She ALWAYS got work done quickly which was the first thing I appreciated with Kathie. I definitely recommend her. If you want someone reliable and someone who is going to get things done, work with Kathie.
